From our first conversation to the final delivery, you’ll always know what’s happening and what’s next.

How It Works

We’ll start with a free 20–30 minutes consultation (phone or video) to talk through your project, timeline, goals, and what kind of visuals you need. I’ll ask a few questions, and you’re welcome to share anything you have - plans, sketches, references, or just ideas.

Step 2: Proposal & Contract

If you decide to move forward, I’ll create a tailored proposal based on your goals and project scope. The proposal includes an estimated price (finalized after reviewing your materials) and a contract outlining terms, timeline, and deliverables. A deposit - a percentage of the total - is due at signing. Each package has a starting price to give you a general idea, but the final proposal will depend on your project’s scope, level of detail, and the materials you provide.

  • Concept Snapshot – Starting at $175 | 1–2 business days
    1 focused rendering for small-scale concepts or early-stage ideas.

  • Essentials Package – Starting at $450 | 2–4 business days
    2–3 clean, professional renderings to explore layout, massing, and form.

  • Expanded Package – Starting at $900 | 4–7 business days
    4–6 polished renderings with detail and texture, great for marketing or client presentations.

  • Comprehensive Package – Starting at $2,200 | 7–15 business days
    6+ high-detail renderings plus animation - perfect for launching, pitching, or selling.

If you choose to move forward, I’ll send a detailed estimate and contract that outlines:

  • Your customized scope of work

  • Timeline and milestones

  • Final cost estimate based on your project

To secure your spot in my schedule, a 30–50% deposit (depending on the proposal) is required. Once the contract is signed, you’ll send over any supporting materials you have - such as CAD drawings, SketchUp files, hand sketches, site photos, or even mood boards. These materials give me the clarity I need to fully understand your vision and keep your project moving smoothly from the very start.

If you don’t have any of these materials - that’s completely fine. I’ll work with you to clarify your vision, explore ideas, and gather enough information to create an accurate proposal before we begin.

Step 3: First Drafts & Early Renders

I’ll create initial renderings or scene compositions based on your input. These early drafts help us make sure we’re aligned on mood, framing, materiality, and overall feel.

After reviewing the drafts, you’ll provide feedback. I’ll revise lighting, planting, materials, and details to dial in the visuals. Depending on the package, you’ll have 1–3 rounds of revisions.

Step 4: Revision & Refinement

Step 5: Final Delivery

You’ll receive high-resolution files—typically JPEGs, PDFs, or MP4s (for animations)
